COACHES & TEAM MANAGERS GUIDE
One of the essential functions of coaches and team managers is managing clear, timely team communications with players and their families. SportsEngine provides our Team Management Guide for Coaches and Team Managers so our staff can efficiently manage rosters, practice schedules at TM Fieldhouse, and tournament travel updates.
THE SUMMIT COACHING STANDARD
At Summit Volleyball Club, we coach the complete athlete — teaching players to respect their game, coaches, families, teammates, and themselves. We pair high-intensity technical instruction with positive reinforcement, clear accountability, and fearless tournament preparation.
USAV & HOA Membership + Background Screen
All Summit head and assistant coaches maintain active Heart of America (HOA) / USA Volleyball memberships and pass annual USAV background screenings.
SafeSport & IMPACT Certification
100% of SVC coaching staff complete mandatory USAV IMPACT coaching certification and annual SafeSport athlete safety training prior to stepping on court.
Team Management & Communication
Coaches and Team Managers use the SportsEngine mobile app to post court assignments at TM Fieldhouse, manage tournament RSVPs, and communicate with families.
Whole-Athlete Warm-Up & Injury Prevention
Every SVC practice begins with our standardized KC Rehab & Wellness dynamic injury-prevention warm-up protocol to protect knees, ankles, and shoulders.
